Looks like either you can get them connected, or you can't. I followed instructions, contacted support when it didn't work, followed support's instructions, which didn't work. Everything seems to go okay, it's obvious it talks to the light bulb, but forever it fails. tried multiple bulbs, multiple phones, no go. p.s. This is not the original Sylvania, just a company that bought the rights to put the Sylvania name on their products. I am sick to death of people selling respected names to Joe Blow, then you go, "oh, Sylvania, it must be good." and it's not even them.
