This "documentary" film is based on lies and ridiculous conspiracy theories. Unlike other similar conspiracy theories (US is responsible for 9/11, government is controlling our minds using chemtrails, aliens killed JFK, etc.) which are mostly harmless, this one actually poses a threat to public health.
