Shipping date was met. Packaging was sufficient. Product description states 2 pieces, but we received only 1 piece. The one received LOOKS like it will do the job - at least half of the job. Don’t think they are suggesting a heavy king size headboard be mounted on one side only. Suspect the manufacturer will correct the error. This review will be updated to reflect the level of customer service provided. Update - Site info says to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer (who was very nice) says it was shipped by Amazon so I have to deal with Amazon. Amazon customer service rep just kept repeating that they appreciate I'm a Prime Member. They said to not worry about the defective shipment, they'd send me another. No need to send it back since it was defective. I received the new one, timely. It includes 2 brackets, HARDWARE and INSTRUCTIONS, the first shipment didn't include anything but one bracket. Now I'm getting communication to return the defective piece or they will bill me for that, too. Not happy.
