Loved it while it worked, for 35 days!! Then the motor burned up. I'm reading the horror stories of warranty and return costs. Just avoid this one. If the company won't stand behind in, then it's clearly a gimmick to make some extra $$ at the consumer's expense. I would have given it five stars if i had seen where someone had a positive customer service experience, but I can't find one.
