This is not so much about this exact brand, but a warning about the medication used in it- Fluticasone Propinate (same as Flonase), as I wish I would have had a warning before taking it. I ordered this to try for horrible seasonal allergies. I used it for 4 days- during which my sinuses and airways completely opened up- awesome! I noticed I was feeling a little jittery, but didn't think much of it as I've never had a reaction to am over the counter med. On day 4, shortly after my dose, I completely lost it. First actual panic attack of my life. Crying hysterically, terrified, can't breath, think I'm dying. Hours later after I have been calmed down, horrid migraine, still neck, tension all over body, shaking. When asked if anything had changed, I thought of the nasal spray. A quick Google will find you find of reviews of people who experienced the same exact thing. Terrifying. I stopped taking immediately, but effects took about 4 days to subside- worst week ever. Be very careful with this drug if you have ever had a negative reaction to a steroid. At least know this is something that many people experience after taking it, even though it is not mentioned on the label. For those who don't get this, I'm very jealous as it really does work for the allergy symptoms..
