Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This product is not made of cotton, it's some sort of soft synthetic material. Nowhere on its package is there a mention of cotton or what the fabric content is. It says on the corner of the package that it is "TOP QUALITY MATERIAL". What does that mean? What is top quality material? Could these underwear be made of silk or maybe gold? I wish there was a way to stop these false advertising merchants on Amazon.
