We were very unhappy, we struggled for a month to buy a new TV because the 1st TV we received from the seller VANNS was defected with dead pixels in the screen. So we ordered a replacement, which also came defective. The shipping box was damaged, the TV inside had dents on the back, had several more black dead pixels spots all over the TV. We tried troubleshooting with LG team for 3 hours and yet it dint work. And finally Amazon was sweet enough to replace both TVs and helped us out. Do not buy TV from Vanns. They carry defective and damaged pieces. And both times we receive worse than the first.
