We have been using Bona products religiously on our hardwood flooring for the past 2years. Initially the products seemed to work great but we now see a significant accumulation of what looks like wax buildup on the surface. The floors look great immediately after a polish but as soon as you walk on them, marks that look like scratches quickly appear. On closer inspection, we realized these weren't scratches but buildup. Ypu can actually scratch the waxy substance with your fingernails. Bona now offers a different product to remove "buildup" that was caused frim their products in the first place! After we have the floors stripped and redone, we will be reverting to a more natural system. Very unhappy, as we have used only Bona products and followed their instructions.
