This lock seem like a great deal at first, it was well made and packaged, and fairly easy to install. The instructions for programming fingerprints are vague and confusing, yet I was able to get everything completed and programmed two fingerprints. The lock quickly recognized my fingerprints and allowed me to open the door with no issues. Several hours later I tried opening it again, but the batteries were completely dead. These were brand new lithium batteries that I had just pulled out of a package. Returning this in the morning. UPDATE: I received an email from the seller asking me to take down my comments. In return for this, I would be given a $45 Amazon gift card. I will be posting a screenshot of the emails that I received as soon as possible. Beware, there's no telling how many people posted negative reviews that were paid to remove them.
