Delivered on June 9, 2016, microwave worked fine, on august 3 wife tried to use convection oven it made terrible sound like something coming apart. Amazon has a 30 return policy so I had to call Cuisinart. I had to pay $55.00 shipping and had to include $15.00 to have unit shipped back to me when repaired. I had a Sharps that lasted 25 years with no trouble, this thing didn't last 2 months.
