READ the one star ratings and understand that they are most likely the most accurate. I use the Fakespot app and it flagged a D for fake reviews. I ignored it because I have worn these boyshorts for many years and thought that there was no way they could be any different than my previous purchases of these. The joke's on me. I suspected that they may be a bit smaller due to some of the reviews and took the advice to order a size or so larger. I laundered them in sensitive skin detergent with 2 rinses and as directed on the package, used warm water, and a medium dryer setting. First, they are smaller than my usual size 7 and I bought size 9. Second, the cut is very different. The backside is lacking material. Third, they feel like burlap after you've worn them for an hour or so. There is nothing soft or comfortable about these. I'm not sure if they are made of a different material or have a different dye in them but they are unbearable to wear. I am so done with buying Hanes products through Amazon. Something is terribly wrong with them. Do not expect the quality of the past, it's not there. I am throwing these away since they cannot be returned and heading to a brick and mortar store so I can see what I am buying even if I pay more. We've ordered 4 underwear products here in the last week and only one order was acceptable. DO NOT BUY!
