Please read this review before purchasing your new cell for some information regarding warranty/customer support. I have now owned two Pentair IntelliChlor salt cells. The first one was installed when my pool was built. It lasted for just about 4 years and then hit its limit of functionality and had to be replaced. I bought the most recent here on Amazon in April of 2015. It is now May of 2016 and I am told I have to replace the cell because there is an issue with the sensors in the cell that they cannot replace or fix. My warranty was up by almost a motnth and customer care refuses to do anything more than keep me on hold for over 45 minutes each time I call in for technical support.
