As a long time Tom Clancy fan, I was excited to see Without Remorse was made into a movie. Then I watched the film and splat! My hopes were crushed. Instead of the story I was expecting this is a generic action film with familiar names for the characters. Instead of claiming this a movie based on Tom Clancy's book Without Remorse it is more accurate to claim this movie is very loosely based on the book. I am so very disappointed.
