I was so excited to use this pan. It seemed like such a great idea and I had been looking for a solution to cooking individual lasagna noodles for a long time. As soon as I put my first noodle in the individual well I knew this pan would not work. The well was a good 3/4" too narrow for the noodle. The noodle "cupped" making it impossible to put sauce on it. The sauce just puddled in the middle of the noodle and the edges of the noodle dried out during baking because there was no sauce on it. It was a waste of a lot of money.
