This project should be removed off the market immediately for one 1300 mg daily is way over twice the amount that a person should ever take! However, the recommendations on the bottle tell you to take two of these pills daily at 1300 mg! Also no one should be taking this for longer than 1-3 months much less daily for a longer period of time! I made the mistake of not doing research before starting this herbal supplement and how I regret that today! Now after taking 1300 mg of this crap daily for about 3 months I am dealing with severely disabling hives that itch like poison ivy, burn like the fiery pits of hell and look horrible! I have experienced daily panic attacks, severe irritability, headaches, I am embarrassed and in constant agony! I am now searching for relief from anywhere I can find it I am desperate and scared to death! This supplement is dangerous and can cause liver damage as well as kidney damage! I might also mention that I have been diagnosed with an auto immune disease, doctors still have a lot of testing to pinpoint exact which one but never in my life have I dealt with this much pain, anxiety, and sheer torture in all my life! I have done research since I’ve broken out in hideous hives and have discovered that people with autoimmune disorders should never take this, so the manufacturer should have stated this on the label! I was literally going into anaphylaxis when I finally got in to see a physician, I could have DIED! BUYER BEWARE! Do your research and pay extremely close attention to your body and what it communicates to you when taking anything that has not been studied enough to be a proven safe medical supplement! I gave it one star but that’s only because Amazon makes you rate it! However my actual rating for this is far below a fraction of a star! I’d call it closer to fecal matter! The manufacturer needs to be stripped of their license to even produce this and sell it to the uneducated public!
