For the first year I had this light, I loved it. Then it stopped working. It turns out that over time, moisture builds up inside of the light and eventually causes failure. This moisture is from very minimal "splashing", due to air bubbles coming out of my water. This lamp is described as "water resistant"...I completely disagree. I have had many other lights, none of which have had this problem. So, I'm sad to say that if you want a light which can last you should probably look elsewhere.
