This product advises "Compare to Ocean ingredients". I advise that you get what you pay for, and this is not a product to take chances with. Unfortunately, having just flushed my sinuses with this for the first time, I am left with a significant burning sensation in one side, from my sinus into my throat and ear. Now I am stuck with 2 bottles of it and wishing I would have reordered Ocean. Not only am I having this issue that does not appear to be subsiding, the nozzle on the bottle is nowhere near as good as Ocean's. It is longer, likely so you can get it further into the nostril, but makes the solution go in more aerated, rather than just filling up the nasal cavity. I have never experienced pain like this in my sinuses, and it concerns me greatly.
