This does not heat up to the right temp. Your add says "ForPro Premium Hot Towel Warmer comes with a two-year limited warranty" I have had this two months and I cant find a way to contact you! it says "assuring dependability and highest quality. Towel warmer heats to 180°F in about 30 minutes" I cant even get this to 120 degrees. it takes hours to get them warm. NOT HOT! We put the towels in hot but in an hour they are warm. This is a hot towel warmer not a cold towel changer. I want a refund or a replacement! Fix this and I will fix my review. Total joke you only give me one month to test it to contact you. I was not told about it until last week and I thought it was them putting the towels in cold so yesterday we tested it. But we put in a HOT towel and it came out warm in an hour. Sorry there was no way to contact you other than here. I want a replacement!!!!!
