All that it takes to open this lock - regardless of combination - is turning all 4 dials to 0 and twisting a small dial on the back with a coin. Absolutely outrageous - no safety mechanism to prevent a factory reset of the lock while it is LOCKED. Too late to send these back and get replacements in time for my move - let's hope that no one looking to open my Pod knows how to use Google.
