This is my fifth time purchasing this exact matcha over the last year or so. I’ve always enjoyed the product and although expensive, thought that the quality and flavor justified the cost. I recently received my new box. When I opened it, I found that the packets looked different from previous orders. I had two packets left from my last box. The one on the left is the older version and the right the new one. I figured it was just a change of packaging. No big deal. After making my matcha this morning, the same way I always have, the flavor profile is completely different. This is not the same matcha I’ve always known and loved. When I went to return the item, it says it’s non refundable. This is completely unacceptable that the company changed their product unbeknownst to their customers. I’m extremely disappointed and would like to be contacted by the seller to have this straightened out.
