I'm a 40/42 C, 250lbs, 5'5 I was hoping for a comfortable "t-shirt" bra but this one has so much extra fabric below the breast itself that it bunches up as soon as I move (bottom image) and it's very uncomfortable. I felt securely held in by the cups but pretty flattened out and seperated. If you have a lot of natural firmness and shape then this may not be an issue for you. Finally the straps are not adjustable. I would have liked to have been able to bring the band up higher in the back. No padding, which I was aware of, does allow quite a bit of "show through".
