I have not had time to use all the items in the set yet, but the VERY first time I used the smaller frying pan to simply cook 3 eggs, over easy, with little butter - part of coat burnt INTENSELLY. I tried washing and using A LOT of fat to cook two other times - where it is burned dark, it just sticks forever. I was expecting low quality, but this is bizarre. If you are going for nonstick, this is not for you.
