Doesn't Sync, only worked for one week
Second Update: I tried everything suggested online and contacted Fitbit directly. After attempting Fitbit's last suggestion, the device completely died (it worked but wouldn't sync before, and now it doesn't turn on). I am returning this device and requesting a refund. Update: I have had four versions of the Fitbit One for seven years and have loved them, so it is hard for me to write this review. I have dropped my rating to one star on this device. I have had the Inpsire HR for one week, and it has only successfully synced one time. I have tried my laptop and my tablet, and even when plugged into my laptop, it won't sync. I have tried turning it off and on, I have removed it from the previous bluetooth connection and tried reconnecting (it didn't)....all of which were recommendations on the Fitbit site for syncing challenges. I tried the help chat with the manufacturer, to no avail. I recently upgraded to the Inspire HR, wanting the heart rate information. Cons: When shopping with your hands on a shopping cart, this wrist-bound device does not pick up steps (which means that I can lose up to 2000 steps when grocery shopping) or when walking on the treadmill and using my treadmill desk, and I cannot seem to find a clip or holder for this version so that I can wear it somewhere other than my wrist when steps matter more than heart rate monitoring for me. I cannot get the Inspire HR to sync on any Bluetooth except my laptop (the One syncs easily without issue to my tablet, phone, and laptop).
