**** Update**** I am becoming a bit frustrated with the inside basket. 2 small screws are used to attach the handle to the basket. They constantly loosen. I have tightened many times with screwdriver. Screws are either too short, stripped. This is very important. All your food is in this basket. It is constantly shakey and loose, I am worried it will come apart and I may drop food. I just checked, and others having same issue. Called manufacturer. After 25 minutes of holding, recording came on at 4:50pm (10 min before their closing), saying to call back during business hours, or leave a message. I left detailed info regarding the defect, along with my contact info. I received no callback. I sent detailed email, but got no response. I contacted Amazaon who sent them a messag, and promised me they would have them respond, but 3wks later no response at all. With all the air fryers on the market, YOU DO NOT NEED THIS POORLY DESIGNED MODEL, OR SUCH NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are much better choices. ****Original Review**** Great for one or two person households. Tried other convection countertop apliances, such as toaster oven & glass bowl type. This one’s perfect for one or two. Still learning what works better in this vs. my glass bowl version. They differ. This is marketed as a fryer, while that one has a larger cooking space and is marketed as. “an oven”. Example, a casserole a pizza, or say enough fish or meat for 4+ persons, I will probably choose my larger glass bowl convection oven. 2 chops only, a steak, small portion of roasted veggies, or air fried potatoes, definitely this unit. This crispens extremely well. You know those gorgeously browned “ready made”chickens, that when you get home, flip over, the underside is wet and 1/2 cooked? I cut into pieces and brown them to perfection! Amazing how much more fat is released! 4 stars because I wish cooking basket held more, but very nice!
