I really love these pans! How did I go so long without them, I don’t know. They cook beautifully even, I’m so amazed! I’m thrilled to finally find a pan set I don’t have to replace every year, because I’m pretty sure these will last a lifetime if you take care of them right. Even though it says you can use metal, I don’t want to, I’m only using silicone or high heat soft tools in them because I love them so much and want them to look new forever. I got the 16 piece set and am so glad I did because I use them all. Very happy customer here Ninja, I just wish you made bakeware like this! 🙂 UPDATE: The con is water gets trapped in the lids on the edges and doesn’t come out. I leave them in my dishdrainer for along time hoping it will dry. I hand wash them all too, but if you put them in the dishwasher, it will be worse for trapping gross water. Design flaw maybe? Come on Ninja! UPDATED not quite a year later- while the pans cook well, I still don't like the fact that the lids hold water around the edges inside. It's pretty bad. Definitely a design flaw. Also, I had several pans starting to peel, so unfortunately had to use the warranty. I plan on eventually buying a total different set and am leaving Ninja, sad to say, but I really wanted to believe these pans were the bomb. Ninjas warranty service is okay if you can get through and don't keep getting cut off like we did. You cannot file a claim online but have to call. They replaced two so far, but didn't send the right pans so we'll have to deal with that. I wanted to believe these were lifetime pans, but sad to say, they are not. Bummer Ninja!
