Deceptive label... Erythritol is the main ingredient!
Misleading label. Main ingredient is Erythritol not Monkfruit. Didn't realize this until I got sick after eating bake goods made with this. Looked at the ingredient list and realized that Monkfruit was not the main ingredient. Judging by how I felt... Erythritol makes up the majority of the ingredients.
