Physically installing it was easy but it would not connect to my WIFI. After trying everything we could think of we called the help line. They asked me lots of questions and kept putting me on hold. Finally they asked what phone I was using for the setup. I told them an iPhone 11. They put me on hold and then came back and said their system was not working with iPhone 11s and asked if I have another phone I can use. Unfortunately I do not. They explained I would need to borrow a phone from someone else and use that to setup my system. We are all under quarantine and now my old sprinkler controller has been removed and I have no way to water my landscaping unless I find someone with an older iPhone to come over and try doing the setup for me. The system may work great but they should let you know before ordering that it will not work with one of the most common phones. The rep was extremely nice and professional and apologized profuselly. All that aside, this really is a major problem and they should announce it on their sales pages until they get it resolved.
