Arrived defective. Display not working correctly (see photos) and now not working at all. Impossible to tell how much charge is left or if the device is charging when plugged in. Customer service is lacking. No response yet on my request to exchange for a replacement. Be warned. Poor quality review and poor customer service. Update: Anker still refuses to refund my money and/or send me a replacement. Their "help" was to remind me to press the button if I wanted the display to light up. Duh! THE DISPLAY DOESN'T WORK! REPLACE THIS UNIT! Update 5/19 8 days after I was promised a new unit, there is still no replacement despite Anker's promises to replace the unit.
