We use to love these. They seemed air tight, and got the job done. Then we had a pantry moth infestation. We destroyed all the pantry moths, but left all the Oxo stuff alone, since it was all "air-tight". We thought things were fine. Then we saw a new moth the other day. We went to cook some rice today, and found two larvae inside. What the heck? So we search through all of our other stuff, and found two more in the sugar. From what we can tell from the disgusting slime trail, they crawled through the gap on the button on the top, around the rubber seal, and into the containers. Considering we haven't opened the sugar in months, they couldn't have gotten in while it was open. So, if you're looking for an air-tight and reliable product, this is not it. It seemed close, with a nice little push-button air-tight seal. But it didn't live up to the task.
