BUYERS BEWARE!
Please don’t construe the following as my personal venting. It’s the principle of the matter and I truly don’t want this to happen to anyone else. When I received my battery order from BLUE HAZE I was livid. The photo that is still posted is in the original Duracell 9V packaging and does not show that the batteries are actually shrink wrapped older batteries. Additionally, on the package posted states that the batteries are “Guaranteed 5 Years”. Check it yourself. Simple math, how can the batteries last for 5 years if the expiration date of the batteries I received is March, 2015? The 9V batteries that I purchased from Lowe’s expire on March, 2018. When I submitted my 1st email to BLUE HAZE, this was their pathetic response. “We are very careful in our listings to describe to our customers that our batteries are in "Non-retail packaging" and describe the expiration date. If you would like to return these items you are of course welcome to open a return case. Please note that we do not include return shipping, but will refund you once the items have been received.” So, did this ambiguity mean I’m on the hook for double shipping costs of which exceeds the actual cost of the batteries? This is a no brainer! Upon my sending them a 2nd email regarding their response, I requested the following. “I would appreciate being sent the link as to where (I couldn’t find anything.) I should have found the information pertaining to your disclaimer.” I completely gave BLUE HAZE the benefit of the doubt. Their response to me was no response. Three strikes for BLUE HAZE. (1) This was not what I expected to receive. (2) Their disclaimer of which I requested as to where I could find it, I never received one. (3) They blew me off. Three strikes…so they’re out of my life.
