Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Lets face it, chronic migraines are horrendous. I know all my migraine brothers and sisters out there are looking for a product to help ease their pain and block out any light..Just like I was. I bought this product because it had amazing reviews and many people with migraine had written reviews as well so I thought I would give it a try. When you first get this mask out of the freezer the relief is amazing..while it lasts..and that's only about 10-15 min until it becomes just slightly cool instead of cold. After that it becomes just an eye mask. It also tends to "pick up" on scents in your freezer and when you have a migraine you really don't want to be smelling those things esp. when you're already nauseous. If you're an average person looking to decompress after a long day and just relax for 15 min I would recommend this product but for all other migraine sufferers out there don't even bother. It doesn't last long enough to help in the least. :/
