I’ve used multiple different types of water dispensers over the past 22 years, this is the worst designed one I’ve ever bought ! The bottom storage unit is not refrigerated, it just takes up unnecessary space and makes the space between the spout and the shelf so short that most water cups have to be held out an awkward angle in order to be filled. This is one product I regret buying on Amazon, because if I would’ve seen it in the store I would’ve immediately noticed the height issue. The other issue I have with this is that BOTH the hot water and cold water only dispense up to 2 heated/chilled cups at a time. So if I have multiple family members that want hot or cold water we have to wait for it to reheat /rechill after every 2 cups :(. Unless you live alone and don’t drink a lot and don’t ever want to use it for company , DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT - it’s a waste of money!
