We purchased this printer based on ratings. During the setup process we got an error message related to ink cartridges and the print head, it had malfunctioned. We spent two hours playing with it and chatted with HP tech support, could not get them on the phone. They determined we had a bad print head We waited a week to receive the new print head(today). We installed the new print head which proceeded to leak ink all over the inside of the printer while we got the same error message. We bought the new printer because we needed to print. Very disappointed in this product. How about quality control before shipping a faulty product? We have wasted three hours of our time.
