This is my second bullet. I purchased one a couple years back and it lasted a long time. I'm surprised at this one because on the very first use, it stopped suddenly, started smoking and smelled like it was burning. It wasn't over packed or pass the max line. In fact it was a little under the max line. On the second use, a few days later, it didn't smoke or smelled like it was over heating this time, but once again it stopped mid-mix and my contents inside were not blended well whatsoever. Not sure what's going on but I'd either like a refund or a replacement. UPDATE: this really was a bad purchase. From the first day I received it there were problems with it. I tried to work with it especially since I couldn’t reach anyone at Amazon customer service in regards to a refund but it still doesn’t work well AT ALL!! Very frustrating. At least now I can send it back and get a refund.
