Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was under the assumption based on the pictures from other buyers, that this product would arrive in a box with a list of the contents inside and a brief discription. I was wrong. Everything came in a small pink bag with a twist tie. No list or discription, and almost all cookies were broken. Looks like it was just thrown together. Looked nothing like the picture or the several pictures from the reviews others had posted about their experience....
