I cleaned by nail clippers and other personal care things in the machine and let them soak for an hour or two. The Tank and the basket now have rust stains that won't come out. I've used this machine a lot, and for doing the same things for the many months I've owned it. When I brought this to their attention, they told me they would replace it. The asked for photos which provided. I asked if they were going to replace it and they assured me my replacement would go out on Monday; today is Friday. All the time we interacted, they assured me my unit would be replaced and they only wanted the information for their understanding. I provided them with everything they asked. At the end, they informed me that they wouldn't replace my machine and blamed my nail clippers which were likewise ruined. Neither were ruined before using the machine this time. I don't like being led on and then told it differently. That isn't the way I conduct myself and I don't appreciate it from others. I make things right for those who do business with me and don't lie to them. There a lot of these machines on the market and they do get things. Buy those, not this brand.
