I purchased this product after first being introduced to the concept of consumable hydrogen rich water. After learning more and doing appropriate research, I realized that this bottle missed the mark on one extremely important aspect. It does not appropriately filter oxygen and chlorine out of the water as stated in the description. As the seller himself notes in answers to customer questions, this unit does not have a separate valve to release the waste gases produced, and thus they are released through the “throat” of the bottle, meaning they travel through the water you are about to consume! Chemistry would tell us that these are certainly at least partially absorbed into the water. Please be sure to purchase a hydrogen unit that contains a separate valve to filter out these potentially dangerous gases, as this one does not.
