First off: I love the mower, i love the ease of use. I have the trimmer and the weed eater as well and they rock. The tools are great! Everything is light, and really powerful for being battery operated. I hate their customer service. They will never answer the phone, won't call you back, and if you open a case on the website they close without a response. I have a broken 4.0Ah battery after only a few months and they refuse to answer the phone. This company is a gamble. Just hope you don't have a battery problem or any problem for that matter, because their customer service does not exist. I can't believe after they closed the case, they actually had the nerve to attach a "survey". I haven't even been able to speak to any people with the company. Attached one picture for the amount of time i spent today on hold, with no one answering. This is the third time.
