The " Ergonomic " portion of this chair leaves it impossible to sit back in this chair. You end up in this weird chest thrust forward , head leaning back, lets go on a roller-coaster position. I am sliding forward on the "bonded leather" which leaves my hips in the wrong place and therefore my back is no longer support by the "Ergonomic " portion of this chair (aka overstuffed lower back padding") If the school custodian had not thrown out the box this came in - I would be dissembling this giant waste of money and sending it back!!! Don't waste your time or your money. Get something else!!!!
