EDIT 9/7/2020: I don't know what happened to this company but it's completely gone down hill. I've been in a fight to return the defective screen for almost 3 weeks now. The return address provided was apparently incorrect and returned back to me. Amazon confirmed that isn't the address they have on hand, but because this isn't sold from Amazon, I have to talk to them. The customer service people didn't even read my email and sent me a canned response. And it's a shame, too. Because I bought a ton of these products and recommended them to clients, but this company has done an awful job so far of keeping me as a customer. I'm incredibly close to cancelling the payment on my card for this purchase because I refuse to pay $70 for an item I couldn't use. If you're going to buy this, pray you don't get a defective protector. Honestly, I think this concept is great. The problem is the install process. I bought the same one for my Note10+, and it took a bearing for a year. Now I got the Note20 Ultra, and the issues are as followed: - One if my protectors was warped and didn't lay flat. - On the second screen install, the LOCA glue didn't adhear. I kept it under the light for 20 minutes. I even used another light from my note 10 install. Yea, no dice. At this point, I already spent both my LOCA bottles, so I was screwed. But the big problem I have, other than having to wait almost 2 and a half weeks for my replacement, is the fact I had to pay almost $70 for equipment I already had. The way you purchase this thing is stupid. Every year, I need to buy a whole new UV light that I use once??? Also, why not offer more LOCA adhesive? I would have just ordered more of those if it was an option. You guys need to offer a starter pack, and then a pack where it's just the guide, UV light, and adhesive. Or hell, even just the adhesive. You guys offer a solid product, it's just kinda a joke that I can't buy more adhesive.
