I was willing to pay a larger amount for what I expected to be a higher quality product, not the case at all! I've purchased Oster trimmers before and can say without any doubt that there is virtually no difference between this and their cheaper alternatives, this one actually performs worse in my opinion. The thing has virtually no nut, it takes several passes to completely trim a spot evenly. It's incredibly flimsy, the screws holding the blades intact loosen immediately, the blades shift out of alignment constantly, the removable guards have bent at their hinges and lose their grip when they meet any resistance, additionally the thing gets hot as hell when it sees and long-term use. It's a crap product and I'm frustrated with Oster and myself for thinking that a higher price meant higher quality. I can't believe this is supposed to be the "top tier" trimmer that professionals prefer.
