This review is for iOS users. It's not user friendly to setup there are simply too many "steps" that need to be done and it doesn't work right out the box. When connecting to PC there's no dedicated power button on the case for pairing. Everytime I remove or put it in my ears there's this monotone/robotic voice "Bluetooth connected battery xx percent". There's no way to disable the voice. Its not as comfortable as Airpod Pros and you'll need to do a specific step to put it in your ear for a secure fit which takes a few seconds. Returned as it's not worth the hype that you'd see from online videos Unlike airpods they "simply don't work right out the case". Too many notifications pop up from the app to connect
