This has given me more problems than been helpful. I started having issues 1 month after using it (the roomba will not return to it's home base and will cancel the job, usually within the first or second cycle, leaving most of my floor dirty). After talking to Roomba customer care multiple times they have told me that it is an "environmental issue" aka, they will not let me return it and are just putting blame on my house even though everything is where it is supposed to be placed and my floor is within the acceptable parameters.
