I bought this pillow based on the glowing reviews, and the fact that it has no odor. So excited when it arrived…only to find out it’s EXTREMELY SQUASHY with zero support. My cheap old IKEA contour pillow is losing its support, which is why I ordered this Osteo pillow. But as soon as I took the Osteo pillow out of the box and it puffed up (it’s shipped compressed in a bag), I knew immediately it would not work. My old IKEA pillow STILL has more support than this garbage! This Osteo pillow is yet another one of those memory foam pillows that squashes completely flat as soon as you apply any pressure at all. I made a video to demonstrate how squashy it is. If you like super soft pillows that squash completely flat and provide no support, this would be a great pillow for you! If you’re like me and actually need the kind of neck and head support this type of pillow is supposed to provide, keep looking. This ain’t it.
