Bought this device...worked ok for 18 months....Then for some reason the battery would die after a few days. 10 new batteries later, I attempted to make a claim against my 3 year warranty with Schlage customer support. Big joke...but I am not laughing. After 2 weeks of efforts and way too many hours on hold only to be disconnected....I have finally given up. Thanks for nothing Schlage... I'll buy a new lock from someone else.
