Not impressed. This is the 12in All-Clad pan and as you can see from the video the only section that is producing any heat I guess you want to say on an induction cooktop is about a 6-inch piece in the center. And it doesn't even appear to transfer the heat to the outer edges of the pan so that the food cooks if it's not directly in the center it does nothing.
