Dead yeast
I bought this yeast and thought I was doing something wrong as my bread didn't rise. I've been making no knead bread for years without issue. I tried again wasting more flour. It was the yeast. I might try again as Fleischmann's yeast is not available since the coronavirus crisis. It will go back this time if there's a problem.
