Not shipped in HP Packaging -- Probably refills -- not new.
I am very disappointed. The cartridges were not shipped in the HP Packaging. They are shrink wrapped. Normal HP Product is in a cardboard box and not wrapped in plastic. I am sending these back. I think that they were refilled when sold as new. I would rate as ZERO stars, but you have to rate at least one star.
