Pathetic, I have bought mostly new ring items from amazon, took a chance with refurbished…what a mistake, watch out for exponential issues. Went to install ring doorbell…guess what’s someone else owns registration. Your stuck, first challenge, find tech support help # (it’s not upfront) next challenge, provide proof of purchase…..icymi, I bought it from Amazon, what? Ya, send them a receipt, are you kidding me, I am knee deep in tools , drilling holes In wall and they want me to have a 45 minute conversation about who owns the right to something I just bought…okay that’s a dumpster fire client experience, save your self a potential migraine and just don’t do it .
