Just for clarity, I ALREADY OWN this same model chair for our office, bought from Serta originally. So when I bought this one through Amazon, for roughly the same price, I thought I was getting the same quality. NOT EVEN CLOSE! Nothing identifies this chair as a Serta, there is no instruction manual. The build quality is Garbage, and the brand new rails are marked up straight out of the box. Either this is a factory second, or it is straight COUNTERFEIT. My other chair is over a year old, and is way better! This one doesn't even feel the same! STAY AWAY!!!!!
